Huddersfield Town are one of the sides aiming for success in League One this season with the Terriers sitting in sixth after their first 27 league games.
But, the outfit recently sacked manager Lee Grant with the Lower Tiers exclusively revealing that former Bristol City manager Liam Manning would take over from Grant in the manager role.
Now, with his arrival confirmed on the official club website, Huddersfield have been announcing who will support Manning during his time coaching the first-team.
This has now been revealed with a former Bradford City manager joining the project.
Announcing the news on their official website, Huddersfield have revealed that Liam Manning will be joined by Assistant Coach Martin Drury and First Team Coach-Analyst James Krause.
Drury had previously been at Bradford with him serving as caretaker manager in 2019 following the departure of David Hopkin as first-team manager.
Speaking about Martin Drury and James Krause on the official Huddersfield website, Sporting Director Chris Markham stated: “We’re delighted to welcome both Martin and James to the Club alongside Liam today, with all three men already heavily involved in our preparations for Saturday afternoon and beyond.
“Martin and James arrive at Canalside with exceptional experience and references from those they’ve worked alongside previously, and alongside Liam, will help us deliver the coaching and information to the players required to secure the type of results and performances we all want to see.
“Alongside discussions with Liam, I also spoke in detail with both Martin and James about the Club, their roles here and our collective goals moving forward, and have full belief in their ability to make telling contributions both on and off the pitch.”
Now, attention could turn towards Liam Manning’s first game in charge against Bradford on Saturday where Martin Drury will join Manning in the Terriers dugout.
