EFL Championship side Stoke City player Nathan Lowe has reportedly attracted interest from several clubs.
This comes following an exclusive report by the Lower Tiers that several EFL League One clubs are interested in the Stoke City academy graduate.
This also follows a report from Football League World that the 19-year-old will cost clubs a big fee to pull him away from Stoke, as he is not for sale. But there is still a loan option.
Now, it is most likely that Nathan Lowe will play in a starting role wherever he ends up.
Therefore, here are a couple of things that EFL League One fans and EFL fans in general should expect from Lowe.
A Clear Attacking Threat
In signing the 19-year-old, EFL clubs, especially League One clubs. Are gaining a young player who possesses a clear attacking threat.
This judgment comes because he scored 15 goals in the EFL League Two last season. His statistics also show that he made 59 shots, with 31 of these on target.
Furthermore, Lowe had 107 touches in opposition boxes during his loan spell at Walsall. These attacking statistics show that the goal-scoring threat and the constant presence of the 19-year-old is clear.
This could be especially useful during the EFL League One season as the League is more intense, competitive, and a higher level of difficulty. These features would suit Nathan Lowe’s gameplay as he needs a step up after impressing in League Two last season.
Effective Possession Play
During the striker’s time at Walsall, he was able to make 21 successful dribbles. Alongside this, he was able to create 21 chances and assist goals five times in the first half of the season.
This shows that the 19-year-old has the ability to contribute to goals when he is in possession of the ball. Which led to him having a positive loan spell at Walsall and them having a prolonged period at the top of the table.
Can Nathan Lowe Be Successful in EFL League One?
If League One clubs were to sign Lowe, there may be many positives and negatives. However, this can also lead to a number of judgements being expressed.
