Norwich City are eyeing an escape from the relegation zone tonight with the Canaries sitting 22nd in the Championship and just one point away from 21st placed Portsmouth ahead of the round of fixtures in the English second tier tonight.
Meanwhile, if Norwich are able to climb out of the relegation zone with the results tonight, they will arguably be looking to regain form and gather the necessary momentum to push themselves further away from the relegation zone.
One way in which this could be achieved is through improving their squad through new signings. So far this January, City have signed winger Ali Ahmed from Major League Soccer side Vancouver Whitecaps.
Now, it appears that the Canaries are striving to achieve another attacking signing with the side submitting a bid for Bodø/Glimt striker Kasper Høgh according to journalist Mike McGrath on X.
Høgh has scored 18 times this season and has played in the UEFA Champions League with Bodø/Glimt this season.
In previous seasons, he has also hit high numbers proving his quality from attacking positions.
| Season | Goals |
| 2025 | 18 |
| 2024 | 21 |
| 2023 | 5 |
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old has also provided five assists this season whilst creating 19 chances for his teammates in the league.
From defensive situations, the striker is equally as impressive with him making 14 tackles whilst winning 86 duels in the 28 matches he played in the Eliteserien during 2025.
Kasper Høgh also received no yellow or red cards in the league last year showing his good behaviour when playing for a team.
With a bid now made for the frontman, fans may look towards Norwich to see if manager Philippe Clement provides any updates on the possibility of the striker signing for the club.
However, this possibility can not be decided until a decision is made by Bodø/Glimt.
