Bradford City manager Graham Alexander has been speaking to the press ahead of his side’s encounter with Peterborough United on Saturday.

Bradford City are currently going through a rough patch of form, with the Bantams winning just one of their last four encounters.
These results have seen City drop from the edge of the automatic promotion places, in third, to sixth, where Graham Alexander’s side could be at risk of falling out of the play-off places.
However, with two fixtures at the University of Bradford Stadium upcoming (against Peterborough United and Stockport County), the Bantams could look to pick up valuable points in their pursuit for promotion.
Now ahead of the fixture, Bradford boss Graham Alexander has provided Bantams supporters with updates on the squad.
Speaking to the media ahead of the clash with Peterborough on Saturday, Alexander stated: “The squad is really strong, I think Will Swan and Nick Powell are the only ones not in the full training sessions at the moment.”
With this update provided, it appears that Bradford City will have a near-full fit squad for the game, including the likes of Bobby Pointon and Antoni Sarcevic.
The former MK Dons manager also commented on his side’s home form so far this season with him explaining: “Valley Parade is a difficult place to come for any team, and the players love that. We need that away from home too.
“We have to be consistent home and away. Winning is difficult, which is why you have to really commit and push yourself. We still have to work hard. The past does not guarantee the result this weekend.”
As well as looking at home form, Graham Alexander also chose to praise fans stating: “Even after the game on Saturday [against Luton Town], they were brilliant with us because they saw the endeavour from the team.
“They understand when they see a team giving it everything, we have to give them something to believe in, something we have done for 18 months, but we need to keep reinforcing it.”
