Bradford City are one of many sides closing in on the final months of the season.

The Bantams, fifth in League One currently, have recently experienced difficulty with them losing three games in a row to Cardiff City, Huddersfield Town, and Lincoln City.

With this in mind, the closing days of the transfer window will arguably be crucial, both in boosting squad morale and quality.

So far this month, Bradford have signed Louie Sibley from Oxford United and Newcastle United duo Harrison Ashby and Joe White (with all these deals being on a loan basis).

Meanwhile, the side have also being linked with a move for Port Vale forward Devante Cole and are close to the signing of Ethan Wheatley on a loan basis from Manchester United.

Now, according to Pete O’Rourke, Bradford City have agreed a deal to sign Wrexham forward Paul Mullin on a loan basis.

Mullin has been at Wrexham for nearly five years of his career and has over 100 EFL goals.

Meanwhile, in the Red Dragons’ promotion winning campaign in League One last season, the forward scored five times aiding the Welsh outfit in their automatic promotion charge.

As well as this, in his time at Wigan Athletic during the first half of the season, the 31-year-old scored five times in 26 appearances whilst also providing two assists prior to being recalled by Wrexham earlier this month.

With a deal now agreed between Bradford and Wrexham, it appears that Mullin will be making the move to West Yorkshire for the second half of the season.

Now, supporters of both sides may look towards Bradford City to see when they make an official announcement about the signing.

Furthermore, should this signing be completed today or early tomorrow, Paul Mullin will be eligible for Bradford’s home clash against Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.
