White sleeve cuffs and a minimalist crew neck collar added contrast to the jersey. While the big change in this period was with Ed Sheeran coming onboard as front-of-shirt sponsor with his mathematics tour logo on the front, replacing a betting company, which Ed Sheeran stated that he hated.

4: 2023/24 – Ipswich Town Umbro Kit
Ipswich’s 2023/24 home kit was the second Umbro kit that saw them deliver a clean but divisive design for Town’s return to the Championship, with them sticking with the traditional royal blue of the club, with the shirt’s subtle tonal detailing, while the sleeves have white and a simple crew neck colour this shirt was sleek and modern.
With the Club’s motto, “Running Towards Adversity” inside the collar for a second season in a row, which is significant to the Pension Fund and Jason Schechterle, who survived a fire attack and survied.
Once again, Ed Sheeran’s “+–=÷x Tour” logo took centre stage as the shirt sponsor, continuing the unique partnership into a third season with Halo becoming the sleeve sponsor for the first time

The kit was well received for its clean, heritage-inspired aesthetic, even if some fans were divided over the use of the shielded crest. While this was the last season that Ed Sheeran was front-of-shirt sponsor, he announced that he was going to step away and eventually become a shareholder.

It also marks the end of the Ed Sheeran front of shirt sponsor, with Halo replacing it, while Sheeran’s hot sauce brand Tingly Teds are on the sleeve.
