Stockport have rejected the bid of 750k from Luton Town for forward Jack Diamond.
Diamond has five goals and five assists this season inside 36 appearances in all competitions.
The Sunderland academy product has played for Harrogate, Lincoln, and Carlisle on loan in the EFL. He signed permanently with Stockport after their promotion in June 2024 in a deal till June 2027.
Stockport sit fourth in the League One table, 10 points clear of Luton, who occupy seventh position and are six points off the playoff spaces.
Stockport are six games unbeaten in the league and are only six points off the automatic promotion teams.
Jack Diamond is a quick winger who can skilfully take on a man. He also play all across the attack contributing goals and assists throughout the season.
After Luton’s outgoings this transfer window, The Hatters need to bring in players to help bolster their squad to force themselves into the playoffs, possibly at Stockport’s expense.

After successful seasons for Stockport United and Lincoln sandwiching a poor season for Carlisle. Diamond is on track to make double figure goal contributions in all but one season he has played at this level.
The 26-year-old has 72 successful dribbles for Stockport this season in the league this season which is a success rate of 61% of his attempted dribbles.
