The Birmingham City player made his debut for England as he looks to impress coaches at a national level.

Birmingham City could be looking at potential back-to-back promotions this season from League One to the Premier League, with the Bluenoses currently tenth in the Championship.
The Blues are unbeaten in their last eight games in all competitions and have won three of their last five games to leave Chris Davies’ side just one point outside the play-off places.
| Team | Position | Points |
| Wrexham | 6th | 47 |
| Preston North End | 7th | 46 |
| Bristol City | 8th | 46 |
| Southampton | 9th | 46 |
| Birmingham City | 10th | 46 |
However, with just three points separating the teams from sixth to 13th, the battle for the final play-off spot could not be higher right now.
But, it is not just in the men’s first-team where sides and players are aiming for success.
In the Under-15s side, players are competing for success against each other as they look to impress coaches.
Now, Max Pearce, who is a goalkeeper for the side, has made a major step in his development with him debiting for the England Under-15s earlier this week
In his first appearance, he kept a clean sheet as England earned a well-fought 3-0 victory over Cyprus.
Pearce had previously been invited to a mixed-age goalkeeper development camp at St. George’s Park last summer, giving him an opportunity to impress coaches.
However, through making his official debut for the England Under-15s and through keeping a clean sheet, the shot-stopper could have made an impression in the coaches of both those at England and of those back in Birmingham.
Prior to his debut for England’s Under-15s, Max Pearce was featured in the squad for the Under-18s at Birmingham City, helping to improve his professional development more.
Now, with his latest experience behind them, attention could turn to see how Pearce reacts to his performance.
