Graham Alexander has provided the update as Bradford City look towards their fixture against Cardiff City.

Bradford City are due to face Cardiff City this weekend, as third meet top in League One.
The Bantams and the Bluebirds, who were two divisions apart just last season, now both sit in the middle of the automatic promotion race.
Therefore, with this in mind, the game at the University of Bradford Stadium this weekend can be said to be crucial to the Bantams’ chances of catching Cardiff.
In the reverse fixture, which took place in September, Bradford shocked the Bluebirds with a 3-1 victory which saw Tommy Leigh open the scoring with a pile-drive finish from the edge of the box between Antoni Sarcevic and Josh Neufville added to the Bluebirds’ misery.
Now, with the fixture coming up this weekend, Graham Alexander has been previewing the game and key topics surrounding Bradford City currently.
Speaking to the media ahead of the game, Alexander spoke about Andy Cook’s situation following him joining Grimsby Town on Tuesday.
On this topic, the Bradford boss stated: “What he means to the club and what he has done, emotionally, it was a very tough decision.
“Every decision I have to make is professional and with Bradford City’s best interests.
“I explained what the next four months looked like and then you have to make a decision.
“It was the right decision all around in my opinion, but of course, we are aware of what he has done for the football club.”
Meanwhile, he also provided an injury update on Bobby Pointon, Matt Pennington, and Nick Powell ahead of the game.
Speaking about this, Alexander stated: “We have a really strong squad when it comes to availability. I think everyone except Nick Powell is out on the grass.
With this update provided, it appears that Bobby Pointon and Matt Pennington are on the road to recovery, whilst Powell remains sidelined.
