Bradford City have been named as one of many League One sides battling for the services for Championship star.

Wrexham manager Phil Parkinson revealed that Elliot Lee will be allowed to leave on loan this January, following his return from injury.
Lee, a triple-promotion winner with the Welsh side, has not made a Championship appearance so far this season. Partially due to just being on his way back from a knee surgery.
“There’s several clubs that want to take Elliot on loan,” the Wrexham Boss disclosed. Those clubs remain unnamed, but sides like Barnsley, Bradford City, Cardiff City, and Luton Town, are all be on notice.
With the attacking midfielder spending the bulk of his career in the 3rd tier of English Football, it would be a smart pickup for a side looking for some experience to help link up midfield and forward.
The midfielder has racked up 33 career assists, netting 107 goals.
Lee also has Premier League experience, during his time at West Ham United from 2012-2016, even scoring a goal for The Hammers.
Parkinson also gave an update on the 31-year-old. “He trained really well (on Monday) and he wants to go and play somewhere, so we’ll respect that and give him the opportunity.”
The Wrexham boss has given Lee the nod, and many League One sides will be eying up the opportunity to pin Lee down for the rest of their respective campaigns.
After developing at West Ham United, he struggled for consistent minutes and spent several years on loan across the lower leagues. Those early spells showed his technical ability but also how difficult it was for him to find a stable role.
His move to Luton Town marked the first real period of continuity. Over five seasons he became an important creative midfielder, contributing goals, link‑up play, and versatility across attacking positions.
This phase proved he could influence games regularly when given trust and structure.
Lee’s career reached its most impactful chapter after joining Wrexham in 2022. There, he evolved into a central figure; scoring key goals, driving the team’s attacking play, and helping the club climb the divisions.
At Wrexham he has become not just a contributor but a leader, showing how a player can flourish when matched with the right environment and responsibility.
As Lee heads out on loan, the focus shifts to how he adapts. This is his moment to take control of his own narrative again.
